I draw from a variety of methods, but I always take a client-centered and strengths-based approach. My goal is to help you gain insight into your emotions and thought patterns, help you to explore the road blocks and challenges you are facing, and discover your natural strength to meet them.
I have worked with those who are learning to thrive with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma (including spiritual trauma), life changes, shifts in identity, and neurodiversity.
